PTFA

A Parents, Teachers and Friends Association (P.T.F.A.) has existed in school since 1967. Teachers and parents work together on a voluntary basis to help raise extra funds for our school. They organise a variety of activities which contribute towards the social life of the school.

It is hoped that you will support the P.T.F.A. in any way possible, for example by volunteering to help at organised events or by joining the committee. Please encourage your child to attend these events. Details of forthcoming events are made available through newsletters to parents.

Our aim is to host fun, community events for all the family. We need your support to continue with this vital fundraising which contributes towards things like school trips, the pantomime visit or equipment for our classrooms and outdoors spaces, which all our children benefit from.  Recent items we have been able to contribute toward include the following:

New IPads         Class Trips          Residential Contribution           New microphones for our shows           Christmas Pantomime            Visitors for learning

We can only achieve our targets with your help, so please come and support our events when and where you can. Even if it’s collecting old clothes from friends, neighbours and family for our Clothes Line events. It really does make a huge difference!
